New Wedding Stationery Lines

2010 has turned out to be a busy year this far with 12 weddings already booked just this month, one of which is a complete planning job... I am handling everything from the budget to designing and putting together the reception. Here are a few of the newest invitations I have added to my line. They are hitting the sites with great reviews so far, I would love to hear what your favorites are.

This weeks new item... its a cutie!

These adorable little mini bags are the newest little beauties to grace my product line. They are 2x2x1 tiny little bags made from a champagne metallic cardstock, eyelets, satin ribbon, and textured paper ribbon. On the front is a cute dimensional daisy that pops right off the front of the bag. These are perfect for wedding favors, a cute packaging for your products such as earrings, necklaces, ect. Another super cute idea, use these mini bags to hold your bird seed, rice or heart shaped plantable confetti (which your can get from me as well!) for your guests to toss at your wedding.

Challenge of the Day

So today I am facing a new challenge in my business, I have to make paper stiffer. I am making roses for a wedding out of beautiful velvet paper but the problem is is its too flimsy, I need it just a bit stiffer to hold the shape of the petals. I have already tried spraying the paper with starch and ironing it but if anything it made it softer. I am now in the process of painting the back of the sheet with modge podge to see if that will do the trick, my fear with this is its going to crack and flake when i start manipulating the paper and the roses will look like they have dandruff... no one wants dandruff roses!!
So if anyone out there has any experience with stiffening paper or any ideas please let me know, this order needs to go out asap and Im getting desperate!!
